VitaminTree.com makes every effort to ensure that your package is delivered in a quick and secure time frame.  We strive to provide our customers with low cost shipping and fast dependable service every time we ship an order.  We have developed our shipping policies that clearly outline our procedures so you know when to expect your order.  We currently can ship anywhere in the United States and Puerto Rico.  Please check back with us as we expand our international shipping options.

All purchases shipped within the domestic United States and/or to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses are shipped via either by UPS or USPS.  Orders that are shipped via domestic ground shipping are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail if they are less than 2 lbs.  Orders weighing over 2 lbs normally ship out via UPS.

PLEASE NOTE:  Orders are shipped from multiple warehouse locations!  To enquire about returning a product(s) please contact customerservice@VitaminTree.com.

Domestic Ground Shipping Options & Pricing:

- $8.50 flat rate on all orders (up to 15 lbs)

*Orders under 15 lbs are "standard orders".  All orders over 15 lbs are considered "custom orders" and are subject to an additional shipping fee.

You can view the total weight of your order in real time within your shopping cart.  In the event that your shipment package weight is over 15 lbs, you will automatically be charged the additional flat rate shipping fee (outlined below) calculated from the total weight of your order. 

You have the ability to modify your order based on the weight in real time if you wish to avoid an additional shipping charge.  You will verify & accept all charges and order totals before completing your order.

Non-Domestic Orders (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & APO’s):

Flat rate shipping rates do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO’s.  These orders are considered "Non-Domestic Orders".  We can process Non-Domestic Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO’s & Puerto Rico at this time online or over the phone.  Our pricing for Non-Domestic Orders is as follows:

Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Express shipping options (2nd Day Air & Next Day Air) are available by placing an order over the phone.  Please contact customer service at 1-877-754-6533 to place these expedited orders.

When can you expect to receive your order?

On average, our customers can expect to receive orders within 7 business days.

Orders require up to 7 business days to be processed and shipped. In the event that your full/partial order is placed on backorder, our customer service team will notify you with an email after the 7th (allowing up to 7 days for your order to be processed). At this time you may either cancel your full/partial order for a refund or you can wait the estimated 1 to 3 business days for our team to receive the item(s) from the manufacturer. Back order items received by our warehouse are shipped out with priority over regular orders.

Please note that Express Shipments (2nd Day Air & Next Day Air) cannot be sent to PO Boxes, APO's and/or FPO's.  Unfortunately, UPS does not offer these types of shipping options and we can only use USPS standard shipping for packages going to these addresses.  All orders processed with Express Shipping options going to PO Boxes, APO's and/or FPO's will automatically be shipped with standard ground shipping.

We provide our clients with a variety of shipping options in an effort to meet and exceed any and all of your delivery needs.  We offer 2 express delivery options for domestic USA orders, each of which is sent via UPS.

  • UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days + up to 5 days for order processing)
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver (1 business day + up to 5 days for order processing)

Please Note: These are express shipping options that are applied after an order is processed.  Orders typically require up to 7 business days to be processed and shipped.  Orders cannot be processed online with express shipping options (standard shipping only).  Please call us at 1-877-754-6533 for express shipping price estimates & to place your order.  Thank you.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the shipping and tracking information.  You can click on the tracking link within the body of the tracking confirmation email and/or you can log into your account at www.VitaminTree.com to track the delivery all of your orders.  Our customer's satisfaction is always 100% guaranteed and we will do our best to accommodate you and expedite your order.

Backorder Items

Products that are in stock and shipped via UPS and/or USPS ground are usually received by our customers within 2 to 5 business days.  From time to time, we will temporarily run out of inventory on certain products.  Do to our strong relationships with our manufacturers & suppliers, we will normally receive back order products within 2 to 3 business days.  We will contact all customers who have either a full/partial order that is placed on backorder after the 5th business day.  Our back order policy is simply to hold your order within our system for processing and shipment for up to 21 days from the day you placed your order.  If we expect a longer than average delay in the shipping of your order, we will ship your partial order and automatically ship back order item(s) as soon as they become available (up to 21 days) at no extra cost to you.

Out of Stock Products

Products that have been placed on back order for more than 21 days automatically move into our “out of stock” category and will be refunded in full.  In the event that we do not receive your back order product(s) from our manufacturers and/or suppliers by the 21th day after you placed your original order, we will automatically refund your credit card for the full purchase amount of back ordered item(s).   At this time, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the products that we were unable to receive & ship within the 21 day window along with the exact details of your refund.  Our customer's satisfaction is always 100% guaranteed and we will do our best to accommodate you and expedite your order.
